BUILT FOR THE AFTER-SALES TEAM

Less searching.
More understanding.

When every device has its own portal, even a simple fault takes time. Give your service team one place to see what happened, what has been checked and who owns the next step.

01

See the whole portfolio

Review site status, data freshness and open issues across validated equipment combinations.

Fleet visibility
02

Get closer to the cause

Bring battery trends, cell consistency and original fault context into the same investigation.

Battery diagnostics
03

Keep service moving

Give each issue an owner, a clear evidence trail and a path to remote, OEM or field support.

FROM FLEET VIEW TO CELL DETAIL

See what the
battery is telling you.

A state-of-charge value is only the beginning. Compare module behavior, cell-voltage spread and temperature trends with the events around them.

  • System and module context in one view
  • Real-time readings alongside historical trends
  • Visible data gaps and sensor-validity checks
  • Alarm timing linked to the investigation

Available fields depend on the battery, firmware and authorized data source.

A CONNECTED WAY TO WORK

From an alert
to a clear outcome.

How support works
01

Spot the issue

Check severity, site context and whether the data is current.

02

Build the picture

Review trends, fault details and the checks already completed.

03

Coordinate the response

Assign remote support, prepare an OEM case or plan a site visit.

04

Verify the result

Confirm recovery and record time, outcome and any field work.

YOUR CUSTOMER. YOUR SERVICE RELATIONSHIP.

Built around the people
who keep storage running.

Start with residential portfolios and standard small commercial systems. Add equipment and service coverage as each integration is validated.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Clear scope.
From day one.

Does StorFleet work with every battery brand?

Compatibility is assessed for each inverter, battery, firmware version and access method. Share your equipment list so we can confirm the available data and supported workflows before a pilot.

Do all sites need an additional gateway?

No. An authorized OEM cloud API may be enough. A local gateway is considered when the site needs finer data, local collection or buffering. Hardware and installation are scoped separately.

Can the platform control my equipment remotely?

Monitoring and write access are separate. Any remote command requires equipment validation, appropriate permissions, prechecks and confirmation of the result. Available operations are agreed per equipment combination.

Is human support included around the clock?

Support hours, time zone, included engineering time and escalation contacts are agreed for each service plan. Continuous data collection does not imply continuous human staffing.
